Oh, as I posted earlier, PMs are not a problem AT ALL (I hope I understood you correctly).

Servers are located in the US.

As for hosting, obviously we won't host anything on our space, but theoretically, if a forum members uploads an album to Rapidshare and posts the link in this forum - who's hosting it?
