I reckon my body shape can get bigger muscles, of course I also want to get ripped at the same time.  I am definetly not thin or nothing.  So what sort of stuff do you do to get toned other than boring cardio?
You're East Asian. That means you have a lot more fat than other groups. The last thing I'd be assuming that your group is "thin". The lean muscle types are more common in Africa. Wink

Can I mix the whole "rippage" with heavy weights, like heavy shit one day, then high rep shit on other days?

I use my own body weights for pull ups and shit only right now.
Cardio, as Jordon, suggested plays a stronger role in the "ripping" affect. You want to burn fat and maximize your muscle tone.

On the other hand, body weights, enhances strength, which depending on your frame and body plain, can produce a rather impressive result. That's why I wouldn't mind having the fat so common amongst the lazy and unfit European populations.

Just do some speed walking. If you want to maximize results, apply weights. To find time, just opt for walking instead of the more convenient, vehicle.

depending on how big they are, thats probably an unrealisitc goal.

regarding the earlier discussion here, i don't think you have to do boring cardios to burn fat. stuff like playing basketball or any other sports, swimming, etc. will do the job. and watch what you eat, keep your carbs low (especially white bread, pasta, sugar) except at the right times (you won't build muscles without a lot of carbs: eat a lot of them before and after workouts), make sure you get you protein, good fat, vitamins and minerals. it's best to get it through "natural" things: eat a lot of vegetables, a lot of fruits (their carbs dont make you fat at all), diary products, eggs, oat, wholemeal, nuts, etc. overall, don't consume more calories than you burn.
working out your whole body once a week is enough to make your muscles grow and you need to give them a lot time to recover.
if you are able to make most that normal to you it's easy to integrate it into your daily life even when you work and go to uni. and then it won't be a pain anymore.

Mayyyne, just yesterday I got caught for using the gym without a membership. Don't know what to do now coz I can't afford it. I was doing a lot of things to enhance arm muscles

Close grip bench presses
Squats
curls
pull overs

Yeah knight it is unrealistic mate but as close to that as possible will do me nice.

Cardio isn't meant for burning fat, it's for fitness. But, on every cardio excercise there is an oppurtinity for fat burning. You just do the same thing but for longer and at a slower pace.

lol that's not a lot of sex then j/k Grin

well yeah, that's true for fitness but i was talking about burning fat because that's what they talked about in here earlier. fitness is a different story, but even with that, i myself struggle with basic cardio exercises (and i know a lot of people do) but i'm still able to maintain a very strong fitness through all the basketball practices, swimming, bicycling and everything else i do without specific cardio training.

i think the story about burning fat with "slower pace" cardio is kind of a myth:
it's true that at a certain slow pace the rate of fat and glycogen (the carbs in your system) is 60/40. and if you increase the pace it shifts towards more glycogen (for example 30/70). however, since you burn a lot more calories overall, you burn more fat on the 30/70 rate than at a slower pace. so the harder you workout and do your cardios the more fat you burn in the end.
that's not exactly how it is of course but the math works like that.

make sure you keep working out on your own using your bodyweight or so until you have access to another gym.
in zürich there is free access to gyms for students, you got nothing like that?

On a lot of cardio machines like cross-trainers, they got fat burning programmes which is just a slower pace but longer duration.

I couldn't agree more about that shit being boring though, I got bored and joined a football team instead to keep up fitness but I still find doing weights fun. If I was a proper student I'd get to use a campus gym but I'm not so life sux.
